Plan of Study
After consultation with, and approval by the advisor, each admitted student must file a formal plan of study. This must be submitted to the department within the first semester if full-time, and within the first year if part-time, except for the Interdisciplinary Masters' programs which requires that a completed plan of study be submitted with the application. Program changes are implemented by the advisor and student. The plan of study must reflect all current courses that will be applicable towards the student's degree. Courses that are no longer current must be removed from the plan of study.
Listed below are general plan of study forms for the PhD, Master's and Certificate programs, as well as Interdisciplinary Plan of Study forms for four existing Interdisciplinary graduate programs.
